For adults, mix approximately one (1) scoop (11.4 g) with 10-12 ounces of water and take 15-30 minutes before training. Begin with a half serving for the first four times of use to assess your tolerance. We recommend taking no more than 1 scoop per serving. Do not exceed two servings per 24 hour period.
