Judy received her B.S. in Nutrition from Pepperdine University and learned much of her expertise from her mother, Gladys Lindberg. She is the author of two books, Take Charge of Your Health and Aging Without Growing Old . For over 20 years, Judy was a television guest on many medical and nutrition programs seen by millions around the world.
Laura McFarland: Judy’s daughter grew up in the nutrition industry and has an unparalleled knowledge of nutritional supplements and natural skin care products. She received her B.S. in Nutrition from Pepperdine University, helped co-write Aging Without Growing Old , and appeared with Judy on numerous nutrition-related television programs for over 15 years. Laura is Vice President of Lindberg Beauty Corporation.
