Excellent product. I only trust Lindbergh products now, after trying many others that haven't been as effective. This CoQ10 in particular is extremely efficacious. I started taking it when I was quitting smoking (after many years of attempts before without any supplements). Every time I'd quit previously, it was very hard on my body; I'd always get bronchitis and I suffered intolerable cravings. I couldn't believe that while taking this CoQ10, I had no lung problems and my cravings were almost non-existent (it didn't help with the oral fixation part, just the body cravings). And for those who are allergic to bee products, this won't bother you (the gel caps version of this is even more powerful, but it has bee product in the gelatin capsule, which will make you fuzzy headed if you're allergic).*
