A study of experienced bodybuilders who took BCAAs 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after a workout showed greater weight gains than the placebo group. They increased muscle mass in the legs and arms while the placebo group showed no gains in those areas. The BCAA group also showed strength gains in the squat and bench press.*

Both have the same 2:1:1 ratio of BCAAs (L-Leucine : L-Isoleucine : L-Valine).
BCAAFit 2000 capsules provide 500 mg of BCAAs per capsule or 2 grams (2,000 mg) per 4 capsules. Many people will mix it right into their pre-workout drink or mix it into a small amount of juice to mask the somewhat bitter taste.

Directions:
Stir 1 level scoop of this instant-mixing powder into water, juice or beverage. Take 1 serving either before, during or after workouts. To mask the distinct taste of unflavored and unsweetened BCAAs, mix into your favorite juice, protein shake, meal replacement shake, gainer or exercise drink.
