A highly bioavailable form of Vitamin D (known as D3) enhances the utilization of calcium in the body.*

Just four capsules provide 1,000 mg of calcium from a fast-absorbing calcium blend, which includes over 600 mg of the easily absorbed calcium citrate form of calcium. The calcium is balanced in an optimal 2:1 ratio with magnesium.*
