L-Carnitine liquid is a life saver! I take this every morning before work. It really helps me focus and boost my energy. I feel like my brain is clear and working at 100% after taking this. I used to have to drink a cup of coffee to wake me up. After using L-carnitine I stopped drinking coffee and I don't have a crash later! I also use this sometimes as a pre-workout and it really helps me get through my workouts easier without being tired. I recommend the tropical punch flavor over the orange and i have yet to try the vanilla one.*
