Directions:

For adults, mix approximately two (2) tablespoons (10 g) of Marine Collagen powder one to two times daily with 6-8 ounces of room temperature water or juice and mix thoroughly. Can also be added to smoothies, coffee, soups, and other foods. Stir vigorously or use blender for best results. For optimum nutritional benefits, drink as suggested on an empty stomach.
