Servings Per Container:
For adults, stir approximately one (1) scoop (5 g) into 8 ounces of water or high carbohydrate drink.
When to use —
Loading Phase (day 1-5):
Take approx. 1 scoop (5 grams) 2 times daily for the most immediate results. You may skip the loading phase and start the maintenance phase for a more gradual approach. It will take approximately three weeks to achieve the same muscle creatine saturation levels as loading.
Maintenance Phase (day 6+):
Take approx. 1 scoop (5 grams) once daily.
Drink plenty of water when taking creatine (approximately one gallon a day)
