Directions: For adults, take 3 quick release capsules 2 times daily, with 8 oz. of water with the two largest meals of the day. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. Medications, fat soluble vitamins (A,D,E, and K) and oil supplements should be taken at least 4 hours before or after ingestion of Chitosan to ensure absorption. Do not take this product if you are allergic to shellfish.
