Directions:
For adults, take two (2) quick release capsules (1,500 mg) with water two to four times daily with or without food. On workout days, take 2 capsules before workout. Best results achieved after several weeks of use. Studied dosages range from about 3,000 to 6,000 mg daily.
WARNING:
Beta-Alanine may cause harmless, temporary tingling sensation or "flush" effect on the skin for some individuals. To lessen this sensation, reduce dosage or take with food.
