Better hearing, better balance
People with Meniere’s disease of the inner ear can feel dizzy, may intermittently lose hearing, and experience ringing in the ears. Doctors said circulation problems in the smallest blood vessels of the inner ear play a role, and Pycnogenol®—which may aid microcirculation—might help.

In the study, 102 people being treated by ear specialists took 50 mg of Pycnogenol three times per day, or a placebo. After three months, while the placebo group had improved modestly, about half those in the Pycnogenol group were symptom-free. After six months, nearly nine in 10 had no symptoms, returning to a normal work schedule and social life.
