Multivitamins and mood
Less stress, anxiety and fatigue when taking multi's

Do multivitamins improve mood? To find out, doctors gave 138 healthy young adults, aged 20 to 50, a daily multivitamin or a placebo. Participants answered questions about current mood and mood over the recent past during the 16-week study.
While mood in the placebo group and in a group of multivitamin users tested in the lab did not improve, those who took multivitamins and answered the questionnaires from home, using their mobile phones, showed significantly lower levels of stress, anxiety, and fatigue on days when they took multivitamins.
