Lose weight over the age of 50

Q. Dear Judy, I’m a 55-year-old woman who wants to lose weight, but I don’t want to take anything too strong. What do you recommend? –Julie

A. There are many excellent diet plans and products to help you reach your goals. Of all the diets out there, my clients have had the best success with high protein / low carb diets. Drink a low carb protein drink daily. Consume good fats like flaxseed oil. And take the daily multi-vitamin such as Lindberg Pink Pack.

I also recommend Lindberg Garcinia cambogia extract which comes from the fruit rind of the garcinia cambogia tree.
