Pure Essence Labs One 'n' Only One Men's Formula 30 Tablets
I have used this for multi for the last year. The tablets are kind of large, but the one-a-day pill makes up for it. I have a lot of things I have to do during the day and I don't want to have to keep reminding myself to take a vitamin like some of the others. When I first started taking it, I did have a slight boost in energy but don't really notice much of a difference now (I think I have been taking it for so long is why). Plus it does offer a lot of WHOLE FOOD power--which is #1 in my book.
