What Animal Nitro Is
Big is big from a distance, but look close up and you'll notice even the largest objects are made up of smaller components. Muscle ain't no different. The basic building blocks of muscle are amino acids. And when it comes to lifting, the most potent amino acids, the most important amino acids, are the essential amino acids (EAAs). Not just because the body can't make 'em on its own either but because EAAs can directly impact the anabolic drive via protein synthesis - before lifting, during lifting and after lifting.

Directions For Use
After lifting, there is a critical anabolic "window of opportunity" that exists. To take advantage of this nutritional period, take a pack within 15-30 minutes immediately after lifting.
Even better, take 2 packs on your training days -- the first pre-workout, right before lifting, and the second postworkout.
If you take a PWO shake, then take the Animal Nitro pack first and then wait at least another 30-45 minutes before drinking that shake. When possible, take Animal Nitro on an empty stomach, preferably with 8-12 oz. of grape or other fruit juice.
