Directions For Use
For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared.
Water temperature, covering your cup and steeping time greatly influence the yield of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup!
Pour 8 oz freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a ceramic cup.
Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes.
Gently Squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extractive.
Drink 3 or more cups daily or as needed throughout the day.
Gargle before swallowing for maximum effect.
Tea for Kids (ages 6-12)
We recommend Lemon Echinacea Throat Coat for kids. Prepare tea as directed on box. Kids: 1/3 - 1/2 adult dose. Dilute dose with water to taste.
To enhance benefits, add honey, especially in dry climates.
