The amino acid L-Arginine is a key component of the nitric oxide pathway. Nitric oxide, a naturally occurring substance in your body, increases blood vessel diameter, which improves the flow of blood, oxygen and nutrients to the muscles and heart. When to use:
Take either before workouts, between meals or at bedtime. For exercise performance, take 3 grams 30-60 minutes before workouts. Increase to 6 grams (2 scoops) if you desire a higher dose.
On non-workout days or for a daily maintenance dose, take 3 grams.

One level scoop = 3 grams
Do not use if you have glaucoma, hypotension, herpes simplex, established coronary artery disease or have a myocardial infarction.
