I started taking this product fall of 2011. I am already pretty fit and get exercise and eat healthy. I bought it because my schedule was getting busy and I didn't have as much time to workout as I used to. Plus, going into the "candy and junk food" months at the later part of the year. I have stayed the same size/weight throughout those months and I think that CLA Tonalin has played a part in keeping me fit. I will continue to take this product!

I have used Fitness Labs CLA on and off for years. My results are noticable using this with a green tea extract. This is on my list of supplements for the quick (within a month) results of triming up my middle and because of its muscle-sparing effects. <br />(Won't make you 5% body fat, but will help keep things healthy.)
