Directions For Use
As a dietary supplement, begin with 6 capsules 30 minutes prior to training for first two (2) days to ascertain tolerance and desired training intensity. Thereafter, adjust dosage as needed to 6-10 capsules 30 minutes prior to training.* Always consume Predator with at least 12 oz of water and continue to hydrate throughout your workout.
On non-workout days, take 3-5 capsules in the morning and 3-5 capsules in the evening preferably with meals.
