On Workout Days: Consume the following amount before and/or during workout. 1-3 scoops per chart. Consume another serving one additional time per day for a total of 2-4 scoops, depending on body weight. eg. A 180 lb person would consume 4 scoops total for the day.
Weight Less than 180 lbs: 1 Scoop/serving
Weight 160 - 180 lbs: 2 Scoops/serving
Weight Over 180 lbs: 3 Scoops/serving
On Non-Workout Days: Consume the amount (as stated in the above chart) in the AM and another in the PM with or without food. (eg. A 180 lb person would consume 2 scoops in the AM and 2 scoops in the PM for a total of 4 scoops total for the day).
