Directions For Use

Do not use 12 Gauge Shotgun with any other products containing caffeine or other stimulants.

Mix one scoop of 12 Gauge Shotgun with 8 to 10 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. Start with ½ to ¾ scoops to assess tolerance.

Drink 12 Gauge Shotgun 30-45 minutes prior to any type of athletic event or resistance training. Unlike other pre-workout supplements which may require several scoops, 12 Gauge Shotgun is extremely powerful and requires only one scoop.

Drink an additional one half (1/2) ounce of water for each pound of body weight.

Shake well before opening.

Storage

Store container between 59F to 77F. Product contains heat and moisture sensitive materials which can cause clumping and settling.

Muscle energetic compounds within 12 Gauge Shotgun may cause a tingling sensation in lips and skin. Contains no Niacin.
