Directions For Use
Adults take 4 capsules 30-60 minutes before meals 3 times daily with at least 10-12 ounces of liquid.
Begin with 1 capsule to judge tolerance and increase gradually as desired. Do not exceed 12 capsules daily. Not for long term use -- more than 7 days without a break.
