Lizen Yumang’s journey took her from 238 lbs to 129 lbs, with an unexpected trip to the NPC Bikini competition stage!
Back in 2008 I decided that I wanted more out of life, recalls Lizen. I believed that I could be a better mother if I took care of myself and was able to free myself from limitations based on my weight and health issues. Through that multi-year process, I set new goals for myself. I became a Certified Personal Trainer, a Krav Maga Fight Instructor, a Class Fitness Instructor and a NPC Bikini Competitor. I turned my life upside down.
I stopped binge eating and started having a healthy breakfast every morning, making sure to take the Pink Pack for Women (multi-vitamin) by Lindberg.
I avoided fried, fatty and junk foods. I paid more attention to eating food closer to nature. The fresher the better!
As my daily workouts became more intense, I found that my nutrition needs for quality protein increased.
