For the first 3 days, take 1 capsule of First Cleanse l in the morning and 1 capsule of First Cleanse ll at night.

After 3 days, increase to 2 capsules of first Cleanse l in the morning and 2 capsules of First Cleanse ll at night. This program may be taken as needed to assist natural detoxification and elimination functions. This product works best if taken on an empty stomach, allowing 30 minutes before eating.
