Directions For Use
Add 2 level scoops (scoop enclosed) or 7 level tablespoons of powder to 8 ounces (1 cup) of water, milk or juice. Stir or blend until smooth.
Use 1 to 4 servings daily depending on how much protein you want to add to your diet.
