Superior to plain soybeans. Eating soybeans, tofu or drinking soy milk may not be your best choice for getting soy protein. Each of these has a high percentage of carbohydrates, fat and fiber. Our high-protein soy isolate (90% protein on a dry basis) provides the most beneficial aspects of soy protein without the carbs and fat in other soy products. Also, regular soybeans contain trypsin inhibitors, which can interfere with protein digestion. Our soy is specially processed to eliminate the negative effects of these trypsin inhibitors.
