This popular meal replacement has just gotten better! Here are highlights of the changes:
- More muscle-building whey protein. Our new formula has a higher ratio of muscle-building whey proteins than the previous one. It now provides 30 grams of protein from fast-digesting whey protein concentrate and isolate to maximize muscle growth and repair. The other 10 grams of protein from milk have a muscle-sparing effect by providing a sustained flow of amino acids that lasts for up to 7 hours. The previous formula provided about 20 grams of protein from whey and 20 grams of protein from milk.
- Lower carb levels. We've reduced the carb level per serving by 2 grams from 22 grams to 20 grams. The formula is now about a 2:1 ratio of protein to carbs.
- More dietary fiber. We increased the fiber content from 2 grams to 5 grams per serving by adding Nutriose soluble fiber, which has prebiotic qualities to support proper digestion.
- Lower sugar level. We removed fructose from the formula, which reduced the sugar level from 6 grams down to 2 grams.
- Fewer calories. This new formula has 250 calories, 30 calories less than the previous one.
- Improved taste. We made a few minor changes to our flavor system to make NutraFit now taste better than ever.

Directions For Use
Add 2 level scoops of powder to 16 ounces (2 cups) of cold water, milk or juice. Stir or blend until smooth. Use 1-3 servings daily. Take in place of a meal, between meals or before or after workouts.
