Works GREAT. I went from 132 lbs to 150 in under a month... only problem is its SO thick.... this isnt a shake its almost syrup.... the taste is fine its just sucks to drink.... so think that I'd recoment 2 scoops and 25 ounces of water 2 times a day once after a work out and another b4 bed

Vanilla is good. Taste never really bothers me because I dont drink it for the taste. SUPER SNOT THICK. like trying to swallow the worlds largest luggie. Im going to do like the other guy said and break one serving into two drinks at different times of day just to be able to add more water and thin it out. Im doing my first bulk cycle and its hard to get enough calories in the day without eating nonstop. This should help with 1280!!!!
