Shipping charge and delivery time depends on destination and delivery option. Most orders are shipped standard delivery for a flat $5.95. No handling charges apply. See below for destinations and delivery options. Most orders placed by 1 p.m. PST M-F for in-stock items will be shipped the same day. Orders shipped to an address other than the billing address may require customer verification prior to shipping. Additional shipping charges apply to Ready-To-Drink products, which are noted online.
Within Continental USA (48 States)
STANDARD DELIVERY: Most orders are shipped by this method.
Cost: A flat $5.95 shipping charge applies on orders sent Standard Delivery regardless of the size or destination of the order.
Allowable Addresses: Street addresses (personal or business address preferred), P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO (AA, AE, AP), Military and general delivery addresses within the continental USA are accepted.
Shipping Method: These orders are shipped by FedEx, U.S. Mail or a comparable shipper of our choice. Several attempts will be made to deliver your order before the shipper returns it to Nutrition Express. If there is no one home during the day to accept an order, please consider having your order shipped to your place of employment or other location. A "Ship To" name and address is on the order form for this purpose.

Your bank, under the Fair Credit Billing Act, cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If they do hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Nutrition Express will reimburse you for the entire liability, up to the full $50.00. Nutrition Express will reimburse you for this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Nutrition Express while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Product Availability / Back Order Policy
Occasionally, unexpected shortages and manufacturers' out-of-stock conditions occur due to raw material shortages, unexpected inventory demands, bad weather, etc.
If a product you order is out-of-stock, the rest of your order will be shipped without delay. The receipt you receive will show items not yet shipped. If you paid by credit card, you will not be charged for back-ordered items until the product is shipped. If the original order was paid by check, your account will have a credit balance, usually equal to the cost of the back-ordered item, until the item is shipped. Typically when back-ordered items are shipped, you will not be charged a second $5.95 shipping charge. However, some back ordered items will require a second $5.95 shipping charge. You may cancel a back-ordered item at any time before it ships.
