Directions For Use
Take one serving (5 Rapid Release Caps) with a glass of water two times daily, preferably with lunch and dinner. Do not exceed 10 caplets in a 24-hour period.
For best results, combine Complete 7-Day Cleanse in conjunction with a cleansing diet and a regular exercise program. Consume ten glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
