Directions For Use
Gakic Hardcore: Take 1 serving (8 caplets) between 30 to 45 minutes before a high-intensity workout. Due to the potent nature of this product, which works immediately and lasts throughout your training session, Gakic Hardcore should only be used on days that you work out and at no other time. To develop respect for, and under stand the potency of Gakic Hardcore, take 4 caplets on your first day, moving to the full serving before your next workout. Do not exceed 1 full serving (8 caplets) in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Consume ten 8-oz glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire lavel before use and follow directions.
Leukic Hardcore: Take 1 serving (6 caplets) of Leukic Hardcore immediately before your training on your workout days and first thing in the morning on non-workout days. For extreme results, increase to two servings per day. Consume ten 8-oz glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
Creakic Hardcore: Take 2 servings (each serving consisting of 3 caplets) with an 8-oz glass of water daily. On workout days, take 1 serving first thing in the morning and the other serving immediately after your workout. On non-workout days, take 1 serving in the morning and the other anytime during the day. Do not exceed 2 servings (6 caplets) in a 24-hour period.
