Directions For Use
Met-Rx Food Bars are wrapped in a state-of-the-art packaging material and have extremely tough seams. This high-tech packaging keeps MET-Rx Food Barsfresh, but also makes them difficult to open. Grip the flaps between your thumbs and forefingers, and pull the back flap downward to tear the mylar material along the seam.
