Flax oil is typically 45-65% alpha-linolenic acid, the richest vegetable source of omega-3 fatty acids found in nature! This high lignan flax oil is also a convenient way to get valuable lignans (phytonutrients) in your daily diet. It contains an average of 9.5% flax particulate (organic plant lignans).
We produce our flax oil in small batches using state-of-the-art process that cold presses the flaxseeds at low temperature (below 96 F). We then bottle the oil without exposure to light and remove air to prevent oxidation.
