Directions For Use
Depending on the desired workout intensity, mix 1 scoop (Intense Workout) or 2 scoops (Super Intense) with 20oz of water.
Take on an empty stomach 15 minutes prior to working out.
To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume late at night. Do not exceed more than a 28g serving per day.
