Directions For Use
For AM Packet
Upon awaking, mix 1 AM packet and 4 - 6 oz. of water or your favorite beverage. Wait for reactive bubbles to reduce, then drink.
For PM Packet
1 to 2 hours before bedtime, mix 1 PM packet and 4 - 6 oz. of water or your favorite beverage. Wait for reactive bubbles to reduce, then drink.
