Take Reversitol in a descending dose scheme:
Week 1: 1 cap upon waking, 2 caps before bed
Week 2: 1 cap upon waking, 1 cap before bed
Week 3: 1 cap upon waking, 1 cap before bed
Week 4: 1 cap before bed
For more extensive/suppressive cycles, Week 1 can be repeated during Week 2. Follow normal dosing schedule upon completion of Week 2.
Usage for promoting Hormonal Regulation: Take 1 to 3 capsules at night with last meal. For best results, use for 4 to 8 weeks. Do not exceed 8 weeks of continuous use.
