Peak season for fresh corn is May until the end of September.
Strip off the husk and silk just before cooking.
Peel back the husks, remove the silk, and then bring the husk back over the cob. Soak corn ear (husks and all) in water for 15 minutes. Place on grill to steam corn in husks and pull back husks to eat.
