Rice Bread
Preparation, uses, and tips
Rice bread’s taste is greatly improved by toasting. Serve toasted rice bread with whole-fruit spread or honey, or top with mashed white beans, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped basil and diced tomatoes.
Buying and storing tips
Buy rice bread in the refrigerated- or frozen-foods section of natural food stores or supermarkets. Store in a plastic bag at room temperature, and use within a week.
