Start with one (1) Liquid Soft-Gel twice daily, 45 minutes before meals, with a full glass of water.
Over the course of several days, slowly increase the dose at a pace that is comfortable for your body.
The recommended dose is three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels at one time or six (6) Liquid Soft-Gels per day.
