Soy Protein Isolate is the perfect addition to your cardiovascular and general health program. The latest research has shown that 25 grams of soy protein a day, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce your risk of heart disease. A serving of Protein Blend supplies 13 grams of soy protein. In addition, our soy protein is not genetically modified (non-GMO). Whey Protein has the highest biological value of any protein source. That means more of the protein is absorbed and retained by your body than any other protein! Directions For Use
Add one scoop (31g) to 1 cup (8oz) of milk, juice or your favorite beverage. Use a blender and mix until smooth. Consider adding fresh or frozen fruit for a delicious shake. Or mix with a spoon or shaker bottle for 30 seconds, let sit for 1 minute, then mix again until smooth.
