Directions For Use
Adult Dosage: Take 6 capsules throughout the day until urinary pH balances to acceptable levels (between 6.5 abd 7.5).
Take on an empty stomach, 1 hour before or after meals.
Be sure to check urine pH levels (in the AM) with pH-test strips, until safe pH levels can be maintained.
Maintenance Dosage: Take 2-4 capsules per day for general body pH maintenance.
Storage
