Pygeum
Pygeum (Pygeum africanum) contains sterols that promote prostate and urinary tract health. Pygeum extract is often combined with saw palmetto in prostate formulas. Pygeum extract has been used in France for over 25 years for its positive impact on normal urinary flow and nighttime urinations (fewer trips to the bathroom).
