Where do I put it?
We get that question a lot. But trust us, there's nothing weird or hard about it. Just massage a dime-size dollop of cream (about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon) into your skin. Try your wrists, arms, thighs, tummy - whatever you like. Do that twice a day for 21 days, then rest for the next seven, and you're on your way to natural peri/menopausal balance. Or if you're looking for help with PMS balance, use 14 days on and 14 off.
What's in it:
Contains 450mg of USP Progesterone per ounce.
What's not in it:
No parabens, mineral oil, petroleum or animal anything. And our products are never tested on animals.
What is the source of progesterone?
The progesterone is sourced from the Mexican Wild Yam and converted to pure progesterone, which is why the Mexican Wild Yam does not appear on the ingredient list.

Directions For Use
Massage 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cream into skin twice daily for 21 days. Discontinue for seven days and repeat. Individual needs may vary.
Pro-Gest is best used according to your menstrual status. The following are general recommendations that should be confirmed or modified in concert with your health care provider.
Pro-Gest is easy to use. To apply, just massage a 1/4 teaspoon (about a dime-sized dollop) into your skin twice a day. Apply it to your inner arms, inner thighs, abdomen, or chest, rotating the areas where applied. It absorbs quickly through the skin, and you're on your way back to a natural balance in no time.
Women in their reproductive years: Days 1 (first day of bleeding) - Day 14, do not use Pro-Gest. Days 15 - 21, use 1/4 teaspoon of Pro-Gest twice a day. Days 22 - 28, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Pro-Gest twice a day.
Women who are perimenopausal (still menstruating, with cycle changes):
Days 1 (first day of bleeding) - Day 7, do not use Pro-Gest. Days 8 - 21: use 1/4 teaspoon of Pro-Gest twice a day. Days 22 - 28, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Pro-Gest twice a day.
Women who are menopausal or post-menopausal (no longer menstruating): Choose a calendar day as day one. Days 1 - 7, do not use Pro-Gest. Days 8 - 30, use 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of Pro-Gest twice a day. If needed, you may use up to 1/2 teaspoon of Pro-Gest twice a day according to the same schedule.
