Directions For Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (2 caplets) of Joint MD twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening to improve joint function, stiffness, and flexibility. Once you have achieved desired results, continue using Joint MD (2 caplets, once daily) for daily joint support.
