Guarana

Guarana has a long tradition of use as an energizer. Guarana's crushed seeds were used by natives of the Amazonian rain forest to boost alertness and combat fatigue. Guarana contains about twice the caffeine found in coffee beans, as well as alkaloids and other constituents that may suppress appetite and promote weight loss.
