Directions For Use

Adults take 5 caplets 1 (or more) times per day with 8 ounces of water or juice. Start with 1-2 caplets daily and gradually work up to 5 caplets per day. May be taken with or without food. Not intended for children.

Garden of Life Perfect Food 300 Grams

I always feel better after taking the Garden of Life 'Perfect Food'. I have been on it for a number of years. I put 1/2 scoop in my protein shake daily...sometimes more than one time a day. As a senior, I don't get all the veggies that I should, so I know I am helping myself get the nutrition needed to stay healthy.
