Used this kit twice. It is gentle and easy to use along with its recommendations of diet during cleanse. Affordable too. The only inconvenience is the fiber powder (Capture) you mix after dinner. Other than that, it works well, is not harsh and I definitely felt better. I highly recommend it if it's the first time you are cleansing. Drink pure, clean water and follow directions.
