Directions For Use

Mix 1 teaspoon of powder with 6 oz. of juice or water in a shaker or mix with a small amount of liquid, then add remaining liquid.

Reminder, to avoid rapid detoxification, begin using 1/2 teaspoon daily slowly increasing to 1-3 teaspoons daily. Green Kamut is an alkaline forming food. In order to assure complete absorption, take on an empty stomach at least 25 minutes before or after a meal.
