Ingredients
Directions For Use
Stir 1 level, firmly packed scoop (5 grams) of powder into 8 ounces of water or juice (or other high carbohydrate meal or drink).
One scoop equals approx. 1 1/2 teaspoons.
When to use:
Loading Phase (day 1 to 5):
Take 1 scoop (5 grams) 3 to 5 times daily for 5 days.
Maintenance Phase (day 6+):
Take 1 scoop (5 grams) 1 to 2 times daily.
Drink plenty of water when supplementing with creatine (approximately 1 gallon a day).
