Directions For Use
Take with juice or other high carbohydrate meal or drink.
When to use:
Loading Phase (day 1 - 5):
Take 5 capsules 3 to 5 times daily for 5 consecutive days.
Maintenance Phase (day 6 and beyond):
Take 5 capsules 1 to 2 times daily.
Drink plenty of water when supplementing with creatine to avoid dehydration (approx. 1 gallon a day).
